Description & Structure
The US Youth Soccer Desert Conference is one of 13 Conferences under the US Youth Soccer Leagues Program in the Multi-State Tier. The Desert Conference consists of teams primarily from Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado. Desert Conference is open for 11U-19U Boys and Girls and consists of 8 teams per age group. Games are played at conference-hosted weekends across the Desert Conference region across the seasonal year. The winner of each bracket at 13U-19U advances to Far West Regionals, as well as earning a berth in National League P.R.O. for the following seasonal year. The winner at the 11U age group receives free entry to Desert Conference for the next seasonal year.
National League P.R.O. is for the nation’s top teams in the 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U and 19U boys and girls age groups, all of whom earned their place in National League P.R.O. by finishing at the top of their bracket in their respective conference. The 14U through 18U divisions consist of up to 48 teams per gender age group, while the 19U age group features up to 32 teams for each gender. The National League offers additional exposure to collegiate, professional and U.S. National Team coaches and offers the highest level of competition in the country as each team must earn their place in the league. Games in National League P.R.O. are played at weekends hosted and organized by US Youth Soccer.
